Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us!. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This page explains how returns and refunds work in our store.

Returns Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item. We will reply with instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time, usually within a few business days.

Exchanges

If your item arrived defective or damaged, we will offer to exchange it for the same product at no extra cost. Please send an email to [email protected] with photos of the issue so we can help.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping and Delivery Notes

All original shipments are delivered to the address you provide and handled by our shipping partner, Freightcom. Please make sure the address you enter at checkout is correct. Freightcom delivers to the address you provide. If the delivery address was incorrect, you may be responsible for additional return or redelivery charges.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, such as sale items or items marked as final sale. We will always note if an item cannot be returned.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after we approved it, check your bank account and contact your credit card company or payment provider. If you still haven’t received it, send an email to [email protected].

We may update this policy from time to time, and the updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
